Manning isn't naked though.
Ha! Yes, good point. I have drawn him naked sometimes, and sometimes in the orange jumpsuit.
Legally, he is guilty. He also did good. That's what civil disobedience is all about. I hope that someday we can say, "Guilty as charged, and here's your Congressional Medal of Honor."
Legally he is NOT guilty, because he has not been tried in a court of law.
legally he now has no chance for a fair trial
Legally, we should be able to start a bonfire and pitch people like "J" onto it. The letter you picked for your handle is appropriate in that it is as limp as your sexual appendage.
