Legally, he is guilty. He also did good. That's what civil disobedience is all about. I hope that someday we can say, "Guilty as charged, and here's your Congressional Medal of Honor."
Legally, we should be able to start a bonfire and pitch people like "J" onto it. The letter you picked for your handle is appropriate in that it is as limp as your sexual appendage.
