Haha nice cartoon, I agree it's quite a strange choice to replicate fall festival wristbands, they can't be making much money on top after all of the costs in producing them. I guess they were just hoping that people wouldn't pick up on it as they're relatively cheap and wouldn't expect people to forge them.
